Crown Computers (San Diego MSP — ConnectWise shop, M365-heavy, growing CMMC practice) is hiring a remote senior engineer, US only . The seat: Tier 3 escalation across a multi-tenant client base + solution architecture (M365, Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot, Conditional Access, Windows Server, networking, backup/DR) + owning client projects from scoping through handoff. You'll write SOWs, build Intune deployment standards, and turn repeat escalations into documentation and training for L1/L2. $120,000–$140,000 base — total package worth $165K–$180K. We pay your medical premium including full family coverage (~$40K/yr value most shops push onto your paycheck). Plus 401(k), dental/vision, PTO + paid holidays, 100% remote. Who fits: significant MSP or multi-client experience with senior escalation ownership; delivered infrastructure projects end-to-end; can explain tradeoffs to clients and juniors; documents like it matters.
