We believe in 49% tech support, 51% human support. • Schedule: Fully remote, full-time, Eastern or Pacific business hours. • Work: Troubleshoot Macs and PCs, manage client employee onboarding/offboarding, and administer SaaS security tools. • Tools: Jamf, Iru, Workspace ONE, Intune, Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, SentinelOne, and more. • You: 5+ years of IT work experience, strong Apple skills, clear communication, kindness, and curiosity. • Setup: Quiet home workspace and reliable broadband. • Pay: US$55,000–$90,000 depending on experience and geographical location.
