We're looking for an IT Specialist to join our technical team in a hybrid role based in the Greater Boston / South Shore area. We're a small, highly technical team that takes pride in doing things the right way. We work closely with our clients, solve interesting problems, and genuinely care about the quality of our work. Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who genuinely loves technology and gets excited about solving problems. Someone who doesn't just want to close tickets but wants to understand why something broke, how to fix it properly, and how to prevent it from happening again. You'll work directly with clients, troubleshoot across a wide variety of technologies, and collaborate with experienced Specialists, Consultants, and Engineers on projects and technical challenges. Ideally, you have: 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally within an MSP or client-facing environment. Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and common business applications. Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, networking, endpoints, and cloud technologies. Experience supporting users, configuring devices, managing accounts, and resolving technical issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take ownership of problems from start to finish. A natural curiosity for technology, attention to detail, and a desire to continuously learn and improve. Bonus points if you enjoy experimenting with home labs, automation, networking, cybersecurity, or building things simply because you love technology. What we're offering $65,000–$80,000 base salary , depending on experience, plus monthly incentive compensation.
