We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Specialist to join our team in a fully remote role (US-based). We're a small, highly technical team that takes pride in doing things the right way. We work closely with our clients, solve interesting problems, and genuinely care about the quality of our work. Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who genuinely loves technology and gets excited about solving difficult problems. Someone who doesn't just close tickets but wants to understand why something broke, how to fix it properly, and how to prevent it from happening again. Ideally, you have: 5+ years of IT support or systems administration experience, preferably within an MSP. Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows, macOS, Entra ID, networking, cloud infrastructure, and other SaaS platforms. Experience managing complex technical escalations, administering client environments, and contributing to projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take ownership without needing constant direction. A natural curiosity for technology, a willingness to share knowledge, and a desire to continuously improve. You don't need to know everything. But you should be the kind of person who enjoys figuring things out, takes initiative, and is always looking for ways to get better at their craft. What we're offering $85,000–$95,000 base salary , depending on experience, plus monthly incentive compensation. 100% remote , anywhere in the US, with occasional travel when needed. 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance (50% coverage for dependents). 401(k) with company matching.
