I have this community to thank for helping us identify the best possible CEO (announcement to come this fall). THANK YOU! I wonder if this community can also deliver a lead engineer for ServiceQ? It would be an equity-grant role + $100-$125k base compensation (like a Founding Engineer). We are looking for 3 things: AI-led development experience in a real SaaS environment with CI/CD Experience developing on Halo PSA (and preferably at least one other PSA) Technical full-stack experience (vibe-coders not welcome) The new CEO is taking ServiceQ into a real-time intelligence and agentic resolution direction.
