MSPMeet
Reach gives every MSP a client portal under their own name, with their logo and contact details. Clients do not need an account. The first thing a client sees is live service status. When Microsoft 365 reports an incident, it appears as an alert at the top of the page, with the plain language details and what to expect next. Below that are tools clients actually use: sharing a secret safely, shortening a link, building an email signature, checking whether an email address appeared in a known breach, and short security training lessons. For the MSP it means fewer repeat questions during an outage, a calmer way to send sensitive details, and a page clients can bookmark. You can switch the alert, what is new and training sections on or off, and give colleagues access to manage the portal.
