Event Standards
If you create events on MSPMeet, you are responsible for ensuring they are legitimate, accurately described, and relevant to the MSP community. You agree not to:

Messaging Standards
The messaging feature is for genuine professional communication between connected members. You may not use messages to send promotional content, bulk solicitations, or any content that would violate this policy.
All messages are end-to-end encrypted. However, if you report a message, the reported content may be reviewed by our trust and safety team with your consent.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, please report it to [email protected]. We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, or account termination.
We do not tolerate retaliation against users who report violations in good faith.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. For serious violations (illegal content, security attacks), we may report the matter to law enforcement.
We aim to be fair and consistent. If you believe your account was actioned in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days.
