What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and keep you signed in across page loads.
How We Use Cookies
MSPMeet uses only strictly necessary cookies — those required for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
All pages are served with Cache-Control: no-store to prevent browsers and proxies from caching authenticated content, protecting your data on shared devices.
Cookies We Set
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-auth-token | Keeps you signed in to your MSPMeet account. Set by our authentication service. | Session / up to 1 week | Essential |
| sb-refresh-token | Silently refreshes your session so you stay signed in without re-entering your password. | Up to 30 days | Essential |
| pwa-prompt-dismissed | Remembers that you dismissed the 'Add to Home Screen' prompt so it doesn't show again. | Persistent | Preference |
Third-Party Cookies
We do not load third-party scripts that set cookies. Our payment processor's checkout flow runs on their own domain and is subject to their cookie policy — any cookies they set are scoped to their domain, not MSPMeet's.
Managing Cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling the authentication cookies listed above will sign you out and prevent you from using features that require a logged-in account.
Most browsers allow you to:
- View cookies currently stored for a site
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Delete all cookies when you close the browser
Refer to your browser's help documentation for specific instructions.
