By creating an account or using MSPMeet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and a professional in or adjacent to the Managed Service Provider industry to use MSPMeet. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
MSPMeet offers free (Community) and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
You agree to use MSPMeet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to harass, spam, impersonate, or harm other users.
You retain ownership of content you submit to MSPMeet (profile information, event descriptions, messages). By submitting content, you grant MSPMeet a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service.
You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and does not violate any applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
Your use of MSPMeet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The MSPMeet platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content created by MSPMeet, is our exclusive property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
MSPMeet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of user-generated content, including event listings, profile information, or messages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSPMeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
